The Tri-City Helping Hearts Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2003. The goal of the organization is to provide assistance to the citizens of Morgan City, Berwick, Patterson and Amelia who need financial assistance with the burial expenses of a family member who died as a resident of the tri-city area.
In order to ensure the integrity of the program, a family member in charge of arrangements must contact the director of the funeral home handling the arrangements. Funeral directors are prepared to make the necessary contact with the organization.
